BUSH
Group Limited
Acquisition Agents . Property Consultants
Established 1934
The foundations of Bush Group were laid in May 1934 when Eric S Bush, the father of the current chairman
opened an estate agency in Norwich and built a successful and highly reputable family business.
For over three generations, the business has successfully expanded into other sectors of the property market,
offering an exclusive range of construction services which encompass both select residential and commercial property developments.
Working alongside local craftsmen, using high quality materials, energy efficiency,
thoughtful design and land use, our aim is to provide a final build of superior quality.
We are proud to offer expert knowledge and attention to detail throughout
the entire build process which is demonstrated across our portfolio of bespoke developments
and our excellent reputation for quality builds.
Eldest son of the founder. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1963 at the age of 20 and specialised in surveying and valuation work before taking over the running of the property management business. He also founded the Norwich and District Association of Estate Agents. David has acted for numerous investor landlords in building "Buy to Let" portfolios. A prominent local cricketer and footballer in younger days, other hobbies include boating and fishing.
Son of the Chairman and grandson of the founder, Darren qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. He worked in London for many years for a leading surveying firm. Since his return to Norfolk over 10 years ago, Darren's determination and drive to set an uncompromising standard of excellence for every single development has ensured that our focus on quality and excellence in everything we do remains at the heart of our business.
We have managed a variety of new build projects as well as many conversion and renovation projects over the years. From the conversion of Georgian houses into offices in Princes Street, Norwich to the modernisation of various Victorian terraced houses including an old motorcycle showroom into modern office accommodation on Upper King Street in Norwich.
Always incorporating the ethos of thoughtful design and land use Bush Group's new build projects have ranged from residential bungalows on the Norfolk coast to commercial properties and residential flats and houses in the centre of Norwich.
These projects include one in Fishergate where offices, flats and houses with river frontage and moorings were built and at the other end more offices with luxury apartments above. Recent years have seen a particular emphasis on creating luxury homes within select niche developments.
We take great pride in being well known for bespoke construction methods, using high quality materials and employing local craftsmen. Bush Group design and build quality homes for discerning clients with high standards.
